I saw the position advertised in the local paper, filled in an application form and was called for an interview.
Communication skills are very important in my line of work so I was set the task of doing a presentation at the interview stage. I was then given scenarios to deal with and asked about my previous experience.
I also sat a computer literacy test. I was delighted when I got a letter offering me the position.
